This was an emotional move for us, having to leave our lovely home after so many years. However, your staff was understanding of our stress and most helpful throughout the entire process.
On the day of the move, your three movers arrived right on schedule. Ani began with a walk-through of our large house, and then their work began in a fast and professional manner.

I just want to take two minutes to send you an email about your moving crew.
No other words says it “”AMAZING…..”” I was very nervous with my move last night as I had a very heavy bedroom set that had to be moved from a second floor! AND I was worried on how are they going to move this without damaging my walls.
Well it went amazingly well no damages to my walls so I worried for nothing, because I had an amazing crew that came into do the move, I want to congratulate Richard, Lance and Olivier on my move. They were very careful and respectful and very clean, I was surprised that Olivier asked me if he can wash his hands prior to going upstairs to move the bedroom set.
They came to the door very respectfully, clean had their face masks on due to COVID-19. They did an inspection of what had to be moved and they ran with it. All floors had been covered, all items had been wrapped and they worked very well together. And also this crew was bilingual when they noticed I spoke English they started to communicate to me in English… impressive…
I highly recommend this moving company “Déménagement André Bélair” and this crew Richard, Lance, Olivier. Again please make sure that the crew has received this message, and I will make sure to recommend this company and crew to anyone that I know that needs a moving company. Again thank you for making this the best, smooth move ever and I have had several in the past and was not impressed like this one.
And one other thing… when I called to book the moving company, the receptionist was very pleasant and Mr. Bélair you were as well when I booked this move, I had called other companies but nothing in comparison as you. You made me feel at ease and comfortable taking your company for my move.

I would like to let you know that I’m very satisfied of the service that your movers gave me, plus it was raining that morning. Both Mario and Benoit (if I recall their name) did a professional work. I’ve watched them putting covers and protection on every single piece of furniture. All the furnishing arrived in Gatineau in good condition, damageless and they also been placed properly in the rooms.
